Hi, I’m Jackie! I am a Technical Recruiter here at IT Motives and what I love most about my job is connecting with people and fostering long term professional relationships. Each person is unique, and it gives me great joy to learn about you so that I can match you with your next wonderful opportunity. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, doing amateur phone photography, eating, taking the occasional nap, and racing our dachshund (Gunther) at the Oktoberfest’s. I’m super proud of my daughter Angelina, and love spending time with her.

Kristal Hyatt

Hi, I’m Kristal, the Director of HR at IT Motives. I have been in HR for over 25 years and hold two senior certifications in human resources: SPHR and the SHRM-SCP. I live in Bend with my husband where we help run an educational non-profit. I’m a football fan/coach’s wife and enjoy traveling to explore new places. I love helping employees develop their skills and advance their careers by providing needed resources, as well as setting up company infrastructure for growth.

I am a natural born advocate with great drive and persistence to give people long term commitment. Outside of work my favorite things are reading, watching a good show, or making sourdough bread. But even more than these things, I like spending time with my family, which could involve watching my husband make homemade soap, chatting with my dad, or flying to LA to visit my two sons. Angelo Seminary 1966-2019
Angelo Seminary was the Director of Sales at IT Motives from 2013 to 2019, and his presence at our company will never be forgotten. Angelo is on the right in this photo. Angelo was passionate about the tech community and we carry his passion and honor his amazing legacy in all we do. Angelo, your relationships mattered. You are missed as a son, brother, cousin, uncle, nephew, friend, colleague, and partner.
