Our approach in recruiting candidates for our client partners is completely in synch with what we do in-house. Our robust sourcing process utilizes opt-in data gathered from our followers on social media, our internally managed base of candidates, and connections with recruiters who have a diversity mindset.

We actively participate in chambers of commerce and affinity groups and provide a voice for candidates from underserved populations including indigenous people, women, people of color, and military veterans.
