We are looking for an experienced client solutions professional to take responsibility for the implementation and integration of our software and information with the ERP, eCommerce, and other systems that our clients have. This individual will report to our CTO and collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Programming, Rates, and Research teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with large-scale, complex technology integrations and deployments. Experience with one or more of the following enterprise software packages will be a big plus: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Sage, Netsuite, Magento, Vertex, Avalara
- A sufficiently technical background to help scope, define, plan, and direct implementation and integration work
- Good project management skills to keep projects on track
- Good communications skills to build and manage client relationships
- A positive mindset with respect to finding ways to make things work
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience
This will be an onsite role, given the need for close collaboration with a large amount of our stakeholders. We do not expect there to be any travel required, apart from a couple of times a year on an exceptional basis.
