As Product Manager, you will lead a portfolio of products to ensure that all products in the portfolio function well collectively in addition to interacting with other company products. You will be responsible for developing and mapping out the category strategy. The ideal candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the ability to partner across product management, development, marketing, and sales to successfully prioritize features to ensure customer receive the best services.

Product Manager Responsibilities
• Set the Product vision and strategy for the portfolio
• Drive the product strategy; engage stakeholders to align on clear, actionable plan to deliver optimal results for customers and the business; this will require a deep understanding of tool for customers and the business. This will require a deep understanding of tools and techniques for strategic planning
• Create product features/requirements, roadmaps, drive use cases, user personas, and release plans
• Identify a variety of customer needs across the product stack, drive feature prioritization and work closely with internal organizations to deliver successful products
• Support planning, execution and go-to-market activities by closely working with the sales and marketing teams
• Analyze existing technologies, new technologies, market developments and competition to identify and prioritize product market opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to determine strategies for product positioning, pricing, advertising and collateral development
• Collaborate with Technology to prioritize resource allocations and development priorities
• Promote solution strategy and communicate product information throughout the company, our partners and customers with passion and conviction
• Promote gathering and interpreting market insights (from field studies, market research, etc) and translate research data into actionable plans to improve product/service delivery

Product Manager Qualifications
• 10+ years professional experience in a product management ideally within a software as service business, or experience in multi-sided network dynamics
• MBA or equivalent
• Direct experience with SaaS (or cloud based) B2B services required; subscription services preferred
• Experience leading the development of SaaS products, including the development of business cases, roadmaps, schedules, budgets and success measures
• Deep experience with product life-cycle all the way from strategy, product definition, planning and execution, and pricing & packaging
• Experience in managing agile/scrum development processes and lean methodology.
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem solving, thoughtful product scoping, and flexibility in a fast-moving environment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, design and product marketing to set realistic goals and stay on track
• Understanding of user experience design principles and customer-centric solutions development
• Strong program management execution, results driven, and able to hold a team accountable for end results
• Excellent quantitative analysis skills (data interpretation, business model building, results tracking); able to analyze data to create actionable recommendations
