Training Development Lead

Our client is looking for someone with a training background for a large systems implementation project. Type: Contract (part-time approximately 20 hours per week)

Location: Portland, Oregon: USA

 

Responsibilities 

The primary responsibilities of this role are: 

·      Completing training Needs Assessment 

·      Training Plan Development 

·      Content Creation 

·      Overseeing and possibly managing training development resources 

·      Creating training materials, including guides and e-learning modules for software and technological solutions 

·      Ensuring materials align with needs of the end user 

·      Coordinate training activities with Project Managers, including developing and delivering training content 

·      Confirming context and familiarity with Subject Matter Experts 

·      Conducting end-user training review sessions

Preferred Lead Skills 

·      Training documentation development 

·      Software training 

·      Knowledge of the organization needs 

·      uPerform development 

·      Experience with this type of deployment for enterprise-wide training program 

·      Administrative organization and associated software skillset

·      Experience providing end user training utilizing training software 

·      Someone that can perform in fluid situations and navigate ambiguity
