Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring alignment with university goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential risks or roadblocks.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and project requirements.
  • Provide administrative support and process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, education, or a related field/comparable experience.
  • Experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
