We are super laid back, but don’t let that fool you in that we don’t care about our internal software. We most certainly do. Our software is for our internal business clients who are working in our call centers fielding calls from our external customers to help them with things such as behavioral health. We help people with what is troubling them and in the world we currently live in, we feel like this is something others can stand behind in helping others with their mental health. And so while we might not be an uber-cool product company, we have feel like we have a lot of sizzle for why you’d consider joining our company!
We look for people who are adults and can manage their own time. We allow a lot of work-from-home because again, we hire adults and trust you ahead of time that you will get your work done.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and be self-motivated, able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who likes autonomy and can work in a self-managing self-directed fashion. Be able to set your own goals for the most part with guidance from your manager.
