Job Type: FTE
Assist our clients with customer issues and proactive resolution via a variety of mediums, taking the customer call from initial contact to final resolution.
Provide documentation of all support activity and customer communication
Escalation of technical issues and / or clinical questions to the Software Engineering team
1 – 2 years hands-on technical customer support experience.
Technical experience in a call center environment and / or in a healthcare technology capacity preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills both in-person and via telephone
Excellent creative and technical/explanatory writing skills are required
Strong understanding and knowledge of use of service requests
Intermediate knowledge of operating systems (mostly Windows environments)
Knowledge of relational database and can use SQL to query databases, and general experience with Web-based applications
Proven ability to manage technical issues and to prioritize workloads in a constantly changing work environment
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer oriented results in a high pressure, time sensitive environment
